Mend Electrolux 5000 Gas Lights Hot

failure of caravan fridge electrolux?

I have a 3 way fridge which is not cooling. The gas lights and hot air leaves the vent but the fridge is not cold. neither the mains or 12 volt seem to work at all. electrolux 5000? series may be about 10 years old
