Mend Vokera Excell 80E Boiler Gas No Ignition

Volkera Excell 80E boiler - not working but no diagnostic lights?

My Vokera Excell 80E gas boiler is not igniting. The green light is on but when you turn on the hot water tap it doesn't ignite. none of the red diagnostic fault LEDs have come on though. Any suggestions greatfully appreciated. thanks
