Burglar alarm system?

I have a Pyronix Sterling 10Icon system
When I go to put my alarm system on full alrm my external sounder starts to go and a tamper sign comes on the screen.
I recently entered in the wrong arming sequence Can I reset the system if I have the Engineer's code.
