Mend Zanussi DE6965 Not Fill Water

Zanussi De6965 dishwasher that will not fill with water?

I have a Zanussi De6965 dishwasher that will not fill with water. The mains water pressure is OK & I have replaced the Dishwasher Anti-Overflow Electric Inlet Valve, but it still wont fill. The IWMS seems clear and unblocked (no dark black areas) and the motor appears to be whirring but nothing internally (spray bars) is moving. Any assistance greatly appreciated!

any ideas as to where is the pcb located and how i might be able to test the pcb for a fault?

faulty output to inlet valve from pcb?
This would require a new pcb!
