Mend Beko 4311W Dishwasher Water Valve

Beko 4311W fills with clean water even when off?

I have a Beko 4311W dishwasher that has started to fill up with cold clean water even when off. I am not sure if it is related to the pump or the inlet valve? has anyone had experience of this?

If clean water coming in when off it will be the inlet valve. To test theory turn off tap to dishwasher for a day or so and see if it stops.
