Mend Lamona LAM8300 Dishwasher Fault No Fill

how can i fix?

Hi I have a lamona model lam8300 dishwasher just out of warranty and has now got a fault it will not wash or fill with water just makes a humming sound I have filled the bottom with water manually and when switched on it drains the water ok but will not wash
