I have a brothers se-350 sewing, embroidery machine and the thread keeps breaking it get real tight in the top of machine and then it breaks, and when I try to sew the thread will get tangled under the plate.
Sort out the simple things, make sure you have threaded the machine properly, top tension about 4 or 5, make sure you have the bobbin the correct way round.
