Quilters Choice - bird nesting?

My Quilters Choice sewing machine is "bird nesting". Making big lumps of thread on the bottom of the stitching. I can see that all the thread is coming from the top thread though.

sound like you got a tension problem,check for dirt inside tension spring of bobbin case and top tension tensioning when pressure foot is lowered
