Veritas 8 system. had to open pir to paint around, b4 opening entered engineer code and then entered 00 which i thought would allow removal of lid without any problems,internal alarm went off, entered code which stopped it although tamper red light is flashing and cant set system?
well press reset then punch in your code and that should do the trick but word of advice when removing the front of a pir make sure the panel has the engineer led flashing then it will allow you to remove the front off your pir
