Mend Bosch WTE6920GB Heating Going Tank

bosch WTE 6920 GB not heating water not going to empty-able tank ?

hi there - i have a bosch WTE 6920 GB (the self condensing version) and have removed all panels (top sides and back) but cant see the water tank from which the water is pumped to the empty-able tank and i have water inside the bottom of the machine.

i presume its the impeller or similar? i also cant find a float switch

can you please help me???
