My pug 406 1.8 alarm keeps gping off?

my R plate pug 1.8 lx's alarm keeps going off, the battery went flat and now when I stop driving the alarm goes off, I've had to disconnect the horns but the hazards keep going when i lock the car, the remote hasn't worked since battery went flat, does it need coding etc.cccc
