Mend Toyota Avesis D4D Key Longer Works

toyota avesis d4d 2003 pre facelift, Key no longer works central locking?

door locks dont operate with remote key buttons alarm sounds for 30 secs after opening any door,I had the battery out for a few days and this is the result! any one know how to revive my keys?
