my carver water heater mk 2 for a caravan, has a green light on,then a red light comes on and the water is only warm. how do i rectify the problem

Green light only followed around 10secs after a Red so red and green on indicates ignition failure:
when listening to the heater a click should be heard followed by intermittant clicking for 10secs

Failed ignition Cause.
Air in gas pipe
no gas supply
Incorrect gas pressure.
Intake of flue obstructed.
