How can i fix my Heater?

Truma's contact is here because Truma took over all Carver heaters both room and water heaters.
they may help.

Could be air in system or the gas valve isn't opening when you depress the knob to get flow to pilot light.
Don't forget when you press down and if pilot comes on to hold knob down for 10-15 secs then release if it goes out it could be thermo coupler. which heats and keeps pilot gas valve open and so when control is turned the main valve opens to whatever setting the knob is turned to.
