caravan carver water heater?

hi i got a caravan water heater went to turn on but it did not work the green light come on and let is it

Somewhere in caravan will be the gas Isolation valves ensure they are on.

Green indicates it's working
amber indicates leasure battery low
Red no gas or gas control fault in heater module.
When green only showing check the gas vent outside hand over the grill you should feel heat. If not they somewhere their is a fault as green should only come on on its own if all ok. Have the caravan tested by gas safe engineer.
