Mend Carver Cascade 2 Air Heating Doesnt

my blown air heating doesnt work?

i have a carver blown air heating system in my elddis 1996 typhoon, i was assured by the previous owner that it worked, it doesnt.

the lights come on and i want it on electric fan but nothing!

i cant find the reset button, the panel isnt showing a fault, just nothing happens!

Not wishing to insult you but have you plugged it in to the mains with an electric hook up?
