Mend Carver Cascade 2 Water Lights Connection

carver heater cascade 2?

when switching on my carver water heater both red and green lights come on there is a single click and nothing else I have repeated this as per instructions but to no avail. It is a carver cascade 2 fitted to a 1993 compass calypso 302. Intructions say it could be a poor connection at the multi-pin connection ? where do I locate this multi-pin connection

Hi, I've just posted a question about mine, maybe you could help? Anyway the multi pin lead runs from the inside of the control unit (wall mounted) to the underside of the water tank probably under the seating area, it is right under the round tank in a black plastic housing!

in my handbook the reference to the combination of lights you refer to it says in wall switch or heater the way i interperate this is the connections the ones on the heater i think are behind the plastic cover where the reset button is make sure power is off hope this helps and good luck ,les
