Mend Teknik TBC Hood Light Fan

How do I mend the hood light and fan?

I have a tecnik stainless steel range cooker + hood bought 5 years ago. The lights and the fan in the hood have stopped working making me suspect a fuse has gone. But I can't find where the fuse is?
