i cannot find the plug/socket for my oven hood as i need to change the fuse amp as the light and fan has stopped working . the appliance was already fitted when i moved in and have never had to do this before. looked in cupboard above but nothing. any suggestions?

found the plug/socket above the cupboard, never knew it was there, all sorted now.

Above the cupboard above? Cupboards either side? Even in the low level cupboards either side. If you have an electric stove / oven / hob (Or even a gas appliance with electric ignition / clock) the hood could conceivably be run off the same isolator as that.
