Mend Creda CRC90 Stuck Model Turn

Creda Cooker Hood Light stuck on...help?

I have a Creda cooker hood (model CRC90) & the lights will not turn off on it. The on/off switch clicks on off & the extractor fan works fine however the light will not turn off. Can any one tell me if this can be fixed?
