INFOCUS X2 PROJECTOR REMOTE CONTROL?

How can I fix this problem? The X2 projector has ceased to respond to the remote control for some reason. The remote seems to be OK as it turns our TV on instead!

If there is a problem with the receptor sensor on the projector, how can this be fixed? All other functions seem to be OK ~ the projector has been used for just 68 hours in total.

Any advice would be gratefully received.
