Mend DAF CF85 430 Problem System Electronic

DAF CF85 430 (urgent)?

Problem with pneumatic system with electronic control.

Automatic level system does not respond on the remote control switch.

Th valve move up and down perfectly, only the signal is not being sent from the remote control.
The valve is working only automatic not is not responding.

Solutions tried:

The remote control has been change.
WABCO electronic control has been changed. (ECAS system)
2 rear sensor switch on chassis has been changed.

Can anybody please help in identifying this fault?

Does anybody has any information about the ECAS wiring system?

DAF DAF CF85 430 Vehicles, Lorries/Trucks Problem System Electronic

Hi, I have a DAF CF 85 6x2 2008 euro 5. I bought the truck with a broken balancer sensor in the back and i change it and we try calibrating the truck and now nothing is happening. The mid-lift is down, it don't raise anymore and the truck don't level for it self.
CAN someone please advise me what to do ?

Have a look at the wiring on the ecu, i had one snap power wire off there and cause simular fault

removing a pending error with davie won't fix it .as guess what ?? the fault comes back as it hasn't been repaired ,contrary to popular belief DAVIE does not repair faults ,it will identify a fault in a system,and when it has been repaired it will see it has been repaired and clear it from pending..with some systems ie EBS /ABS a road test is required to extingish the warning as the ecu want's to see signals from the 4 speed sensors .with ecas when ever a part is replaced a calibration is required ...

Take it to a Daf Dealer and have them take the suspension faults out of the ecu on there davey on board computor as the ecu may still be reading the orginal faults
