Mend InFocus IN24+ Green Light Stays

infocus IN24+ does not turn on?

plug it in and green power light is on. Hit the power button and the green light stays on as all the lights do a quick flash (fan is firing up) the all lights go out, fan shuts off then green power light comes back on.

What the heck is going on?

You have clogged filters and need to open up and clean because you are shutting down because too hot do you have manual to tell me how to open? I have same issue
