The power button is made of plastic and is much larger than the actual button it presses on behind it....take out the 2 screws on the left (after removing the tray assembly and unplugging the power)...then pry up and out simultaneously on the control panel. then with a phillips screw driver remove the 8 screws...carefully remove the backing assbly,this will reveal the pushbutton thing that is more than likely broken...if you take it out,you can reassemble every thing and use the machine by pressing in on the little tiny red button,through the hole that now exists,because of the part you just removed, it is inside the hole near the top. i am trying to locate the part # right now for the push button part that is broken.
