my grand children inadvertently set the panic alarm off disabling the system.i can not find the key to release the panic alarm.its a optima xm any idea where i can get a key or any other soloution

hi grand children are great at that same as the other answere only when you have reset it go andbuy a new one as they are a push button type now and no need for a key save you the trouble of finding the key again

Unscrew the front of the PA button, pretend you are the key and push up the button/s.
Refix the front of the PA then reset the control panel, don't worry about any noise, just do it.

If it happens to be connected to any form of police signalling don't DiY get the installer back.
