Power cut and alarm going off = battery fault.

Unless you could not reset it after the notification.

But probably a new battery needed.

There never is a power button. When power is applied system will come on. I assume yours has not. Check fuses, there will also be a fuse internal. depending how long power was off, you could have a faulty battery, that will need to be replaced. If the alarm went off immediately, at power cut. Battery faulty.
