Mend Hoover Working Button

How do I fix my self-propel on my Hoover?

The self-propel on my Hoover isn't working. The button won't move back and forth.

Lie cleaner on its back. Remove four screws around roller area. Remove panel. On right side you will see a wide belt--probably dangling on wheel. Remove belt. Loop around metal rod below and stretch belt up over wheel.
