Mend Lexmark 1100 Print Ink Cartridge

how can i fix my lexmark 1100 all in one?

my lexmark 1100 all in one wont print and says it cant comunicate with the computer, when i turn the printer on the ink cartridge carriers shoot from one side to the other and wont centre when i open the printer i have tried all the hints like disconnecting and reconnecting the power and usb connections. hoping you can help john
