simpson encore 816 displaying SF and beeping?

Hi wondering what is going on with this silly machine. it displays SF and beeping. Anyone knows what may be the problem..? Im ready to pull my hair out!!! Thanks

I have another question! My simpson 816 encore is displaying hC and beeping? How do I fix that? Please help!

Motor not running when it should be. Could be faulty motor, damaged wires to motor or damaged control board. If you don't have the necessary test equipment or knowledge on how to trace the problem call someone in to do it. If you try yourself you may end up damaging the control board. They are expensive to replace.
