Mend Epson R360 Printer Reset

software to reset epson r360?

Can anyone suply me with the software to reset my Epson R360. The message is reffering to the ink pads i have tried software written for the R340 and it does not work.

ebay at 99pence.the email takes u thru it and how
to do. mine now working and has reset and working
fully again.if u cant find it email me back and will
try to send u wi attachments.
