Beko 7267 Drum Doesn't Turn?

We recently bought a Beko WME7267E washing machine. It's only been used a coupl of times but has developed a problem.

Whilst the programs appear to work - water fills, pumps, drains, etc - the drum doesn't turn.

I've checked there's nothing preventing it and it turns freely by hand. You can hear relays clicking durin gthe programs. Surely it's a bit soon for the motor to have conked out?

It's still under warranty so I'll be calling them out on Monday, but as we're in a very remote part of the UK I'm not holding my breath on how soon they'll get an engineer out to us.

If it's something simple - system reset, say - I'd rather give it a try in the meantime.

Anyone know the reset procedure on these units? Is there anything I can check on the motor?
