I could take a wild guess and say that the carbon brushes on the motor need changing. However, that is not the correct thing to do, guess I mean. You need to test with the correct test meter & fault find until you find the actual faulty part. Then you replace that part. Otherwise just guessing means quite often that you pay for and replace parts that don't need to be replaced. If you haven't got the test meters and the fault finding knowledge then you need to pay for someone to come out & repair it. Usually cheaper in the end.
