Mend Bosch WTL5500 Tumble Dryer Condenser

How can I fix my Bosch WTL 5500?

The condensor water receptacle full light comes on and the warning peeps sound even though the container isn't full. If I drain the water from the bottom of the dryer it will work OK for a while then the problem recurs.
