error 42 / Binary 101010 Fisher Paykel Smart Drive 608?

I have run diagnostic and this is the error it gives.

The machine powers on fine, starts cycle by squirting small amounts of water in (regardless if set to hot / warm or cold) then after maybe 10 seconds, constant single beeps.

Power off at wall, wait 5 seconds then power on again... it restarts and starts to fill normally, for about 10 seconds, then proceeds with small squirst until that nasty beeping occurs.
