$200 to replace a drain pump? Anyway the fault code you have is 49 which is a fault recorded with the cold water inlet valve. Either one of the two blue wires have come off, the valve is faulty or the controller board has a fault. Usually it is caused by a faulty inlet valve. Phone around and ask prices before getting someone out. I wouldn't even bother asking the $200 person. Except that if your sure this is the same fault what you called them for then ask them why they changed the drain pump for an inlet valve problem.
