How can we fix our Fischer Paykel Smart Drive 501 Washing machine?

You may of accidently put it in to the shop display mode. Try turning it off at wall & remove power plug from wall socket. Leave it off for a couple of minutes then power on and see what happens. There is no other reason for that sort of odd light behaviour so if that doesn't fix it then you have either damaged the main controller or the display PCB. The only way to find out which needs replacing is to put in another display board & try it. If fault is still there then change the main control box. Best done if you can borrow one of each from somewhere to try it out. Too expensive to just go and buy one of each.
