Baumatic Black Ceramic Hob. Red 'L' light on all four hob lights?

A red 'L' indicator shows on all four hob lights when switched on. What is 'L' and how do I get the hob to power up again?
It was working fine yesterday.
Is the hob child-locked? If so, how dow I release it?

It worked for me. Held the bottom right and the minus then the minus within 10 seconds. Sorted.

I had the same problem showing Ls & yes this was rectified by holding down the bottom right & Minus at the same time then minus on its own.

thanks, happen to mine last night. Mines a Zanussi and when L's are displayed on all 4, I also touched bottom right and minus at the same time and it worked ...... Great Site . Thanks Again.

I just have pressed theses bottons and nothing happened. shows 3/0/E on each part. do I need to press anything else to make it unlock?

hold down bottom right button and minus button at same time then hold down the minus button alone this should take the lock off. needs to be done in 10 seconds, hope u have sorted it

hi mine did this last night just found and answer and it worked on mine,turn it on when Ls come up try holding down bottom right and minus at the same time, mine unlocked, seems to be locked everytime i turn it on but if i press those i get it working, hope it works.
