Oven isn't getting hot at all. Leisure Alta?

turn power off to the oven remove all trays look at the rear of the oven inside,there may be 4 or 2 screws holding the heater plate in postion,remove these you will see the element,some times these can be removed from inside the oven ,(2 screws)some times there are two screws with a nut and bolt if nut and bolt fixture you need to remove the back of the oven,most elements have one or two screws holding them to the back of the oven too,this will be self evident when you remove the cover,if the element is held inplace with self tappers,just undo them and carefully withdraw the element you will see the wires in the spade terminals,get a new element and fit wires to the spade terminals,its a very simple job,but one thing when you turn on the oven for the first time you will get a bit of smoke,this is normal ,so don't panic

you mean the element,thats what has blown just replace it
