Mend Smeg Working Fine Lock

smeg ceramic hob not working?

3 week old smeg ceramic hob. working fine yesterday. tonight the lock light came on. turned that off ok but now no heat from any of the rings. switched it off for a while and tried again but nothing. all the display settings seem to be working

Thanks for that CK. Had another look tonight and studied the handbook. For some reason it had gone back onto showroom setting. Seems sorted now. :)

All you can do is check the wire connection and jumpers are tight in the connection block underneath and if they are OK book a service visit
