where is the water going??

Hi there,
I have a Bosch classixx condenser, for about 2 years now. Just lately it is drying the clothes not a problem, but the water holder doesn't get any water in it at all? took it apart (at the bottom filter thingy), and cleaned it a couple of weeks ago, this seemed to correct itself, but now the same thing is happening again. This time there is no fluff or anything to be seen, (to get cleaned) please can anyone advise, really don't want to have to get a new one already!!
