water goes cold during shower?

We have a baxi 105he combo, it has just been serviced and we were having a problem with the water suddenly going freezing cold during a shower. We have had a new heat exchanger fitted and a new thermostatic valve to the shower bar, unfortunately this has not cured the problem!

Any ideas? Nb. The boiler is approximately six years old.
