Mend Ferroli Boiler Gas Temperature

Ferroli F24 Gas Problem?

Hi,I have Ferroli F24 Boiler,which is around 7 years old.

From the last few weeks,the water temperature has been going very hot and then all of a sudden cold.I have also noticed through the little view window the gas flame is rising very quickly and then going very low?

Any ideas what it could be? Any help apperciated :)
