Mend Ford 0811 Starting Starts

Ford Cargo 0811 starting problem?

My cargo is converted to a horsebox. From cold it starts instantly and it runs really well. However, if I stop to add fuel I cannot get re-started for at least 5 minutes or more (I assume it's cooling down). When it does start it runs fine, it's just the a starting when warm issue.
Any ideas?
