Mend Ford Transit Van LWB Battery Electrical

Transit Van LWB - S reg - Battery wont hold charge?

orange light flashing, will start sometimes, not others, starts no problem off jump leads or jump starting.
Also radio won't turn off independently, only when engine switched off, could this be causing problem?

if it starts ok with a jump start then get your charging voltage checked out,sould be 14v+,if ok suspect battery or the lead/connections from battery to starter
