Mend Ford Transit Problem

ford transit?

intermittent problem with starting,i can put key in to start,turn the key nothing,try again starts,when it doesn,t start the imoboliser light on dash just keeps flashing, my transit is the smiley face model, mark

Ford Ford Transit Vehicles, Vans Ford Transit Problem

i had the same problem mate.when you put the key in 1st time it's not picking the code up.i solved this problem by resetting it,to do this turn the key in the ignition 8 times within 10 seconds,that's it reset.it should be fine after that.
