Mend Ford 0813 Fuel Pump No Start

wont start?

have a ford cargo 0813 which has had fuel pump changed and re timed however it wont fire or start, it fires when easy start is sprayed into air filter pipe any ideas please???

Bleed the Injectors it's a nuisance of a job and often got to be done 2 3 times but eventually it will clear
Also check the clear glass filter if needed clean out
