Mend Honeywell accenta 6 Moved Property Alarm Reset Code

accenta 6?

I have just moved into a property with the above alarm.
I tryed to reset with a new code following the intructions. It didn't work and now the old code won't work either. In short the power light is on and nothing else works. Any help?
