Smeg DF410SDX broken?

Our smeg df410sdx has just suddenly stopped working, there are no lights and no noises after depressing the on button. It is a year old and so just past warranty. Have checked the fuse, was fine. Took the control panel off, using a multimeter checked to see if any power was passing through the electrodes coming out of the power button, two of the electrodes do have power and two do not (not sure if this is relevant). Any help or advice would be appreciated, also the whereabouts of the reset button as we have tried but can't find it. Cheers everybody
