how can i fix my item smegd1409ca 612ca?

the disherwasher blade in the bottom of disherwasher has fell down i think the little ruubber in it has broke and i cant fix it back.

If the spray arm is broken go buy a new one and replace the arm. Sorry but can't see what you are asking on here for. Nobody here can come and replace it for you.

If something has broken (or broke[sic]), its unlikely a quick glue job will stand up to use.
