Whilst our dishwasher was running it suddenly went bang and stopped working. The sound came from the back and on opening the door there was nothing on the control panel, nor any power to the machine. Plug fuse is fine and the machine is still live (husband not carefull enough when removing back panel!). Someone told us there may be an internal fuse but nothing is obvious inside the back. Although machine is out of warranty it has only been used for approx 10 months as delay in fitting kitchen. Are therefore extremely relucant to pay for engineer! Any ideas?
Try looking at the PCB for the control panal something on that blown up when we had the same problem.

Hi Joanna, Have experienced the same problem with the same model dishwasher. Found the timer circuit had blown (top right hand corner of door in protective plastic casing). Currently searching the web for replacement, lowest price so far £130!
